Hi there! I’m Maggie Lindley. I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Masters student at St. Bonaventure University, slated to graduate in 2026 and a therapist in training at Sol Health. I do this work to help my clients draw upon their innate resilience and strength so that they feel empowered and equipped with tangible tools for their life’s journey with its many mountains and valleys.
Through my work I have honed my ability to provide individuals with a safe space where they are truly seen and heard and allowed to explore themselves on a deeper level. I am honored to support my clients who may be experiencing a life transition, adjusting to something new and difficult, or dealing with stress, depression, and/or anxiety.
I use concepts such as radical acceptance, mindfulness, self-compassion, and emotional observation to help increase self-awareness, agency, and self-love. I also use a solution-focused, person-centered approach and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), which enhances traditional cognitive behavioral therapy by incorporating mindfulness practice through the five senses and meditation. I believe that learning has no end and I always seek to gain understanding through curiosity and empathy.
