My path to counseling began in physical therapy, where I saw firsthand how deeply connected mental and physical health truly are. As a Hispanic, first-generation college student who is queer and neurodivergent (ADHD), I bring lived experience that shapes how I listen, understand, and show up with care. I am especially passionate about working with individuals navigating life transitions, intergenerational trauma, LGBTQ+ identities, ADHD, and Autism.
In our work together, you can expect a supportive and collaborative space where we approach challenges as a team. Clients often appreciate my creative, strengths-based approach and my ability to help connect present struggles to larger patterns and themes, offering deeper insight and clarity. I am ready to explore both the challenges you face and the strengths you already carry. I believe moments of struggle often hold the seeds of transformation, and my role is to walk alongside you as you discover the possibilities within them. I don’t believe in “fixing” you—rather, I aim to help you better understand yourself, recognize your resilience, and move forward in a way that feels authentic and empowering.
I am currently seeing clients as a practicum counselor under supervision, with availability for scheduled sessions.
