👋 About Me

Thanks for stopping by. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or wanting a clearer understanding of yourself and what needs to change. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel supported, and begin making sense of what’s been weighing on you. I am a graduate therapist with experience in treating clients, including children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, stress, and life transitions.

I really enjoy working with thoughtful and reflective individuals who seek a deeper understanding of themselves and are curious about what change could look like for them. Based on what feels most useful to you, we may draw from approaches such as CBT or mindfulness, always in a practical and down-to-earth manner.

I really believe therapy works best when it’s unhurried and happens at your pace. You don’t need to have everything figured out — this is a space to explore your thoughts while still making room for your feelings, with a lot of self-compassion along the way. You can expect warmth, care, and a collaborative approach, and sometimes even a bit of humor when it helps put things into perspective.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so if you’re feeling unsure, that’s completely okay. I’d be glad to meet you and take things one step at a time together.
