I’m Kelly (she/her), a therapist-in-training passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, and depression. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I draw from CBT and DBT, while incorporating creative tools like 3D art therapy, biofeedback, and mindfulness-based interventions.

I’m in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Florida State University, where I contributed to research on belonging and eating disorders in LGBTQ+ communities. Previously, I worked as a Psychiatric Associate and supported neurodivergent children as a behavior technician. I hold a BA in Psychology and Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota with a focus on trauma-informed, multicultural care.

I love exploring new art forms (ask me about 3D pens), watching reality TV, and cooking comfort food. I'm a proud big sister and fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. Therapy with me is a gentle, empowering process grounded in curiosity and growth.
