Welcome! My name is Jessica, and I’m so honored to be part of your journey. I’m a master’s student in counseling, currently in the final stretch of earning my degree, and I’m based in sunny San Diego. I’ve had the privilege of working with young adults navigating challenges like tricky relationships, balancing school and work, managing ADHD or depression, or simply figuring out what’s next. Therapy can feel like a whole new world, so we’ll take baby steps until you feel comfortable—think a partnership, not leader and follower.
Outside of my counseling training, I’m a behavioral/medical researcher, which means I’mpassionate about psychoeducation. Knowledge is power, and my goal is to help you harness itto navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
In our work together, I enjoy blending evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with creative interventions such as art-based activities and psychoeducation.
Knowledge is power, and I want to empower you with tools, insights, and strategies that actually fit your life. We might explore mindfulness-based practices, motivational interviewing, or simply pause to laugh in the middle of a tough moment—because healing doesn’t always have to be heavy.
