Reaching out for help may not be the easiest thing. Something we all struggle with at times. I believe it the bravest thing we can do as humans is to reach out to another and say,"I could use some help right now."

There have been many roads that have led me to my current career as an associate therapist at Sol Health. My first career as a medical speech pathologist working with neurologically impaired adults began my journey helping individuals face major challenges and helping them to navigate a new way of life.

My second career as a yoga instructor and studio owner taught me about spiritual life.  Here I learned ways to use the ancient tools of yoga, breath work and meditation to soften the edges that life presents daily. Finally, my life as a mother to three college age sons has taught me to turn to my nurturing, compassionate side but temper that with honesty and grace.

Together, we will explore ways to ease the discomfort of modern day life. If you are comfortable, we can explore parts of your past that continue to to influence your life in ways which are not aligned with your hopes and dreams. Sessions will be relaxed but I will always be listening for ways to find a direction that will lead to your growth. I am comfortable using Internal Family Systems(IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) to help you to meet your therapy goals but more importantly to assist you in finding a sense of wholeness and peace.
