๐Ÿ‘‹ About Me

Hi! Iโ€™m Hannah, a final year MSW candidate at Simmons University. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.

I believe you're the expert on your lifeโ€”my role is to offer insight, warmth, and a nonjudgmental space to explore what matters most. My approach blends psychodynamic theory, attachment work, and systems thinking with mindfulness and CBT to support meaningful change.

Before therapy, I worked in climate tech and understand eco-anxiety firsthand. I studied business and film and love hiking, yoga, and watching movies.
