Linda White

Intake Coordinator, Therapist-in-training

Hi, I’m Linda, therapist-in-training at Sol Health. I’ve been both a traditional and non-traditional student and understand firsthand the pressures students of all ages can face and how life’s challenges can pile up. I was drawn to the field of therapy after witnessing ways a close family member’s life was transformed by asking for help. I saw how much courage it took to reach out and how change was possible, with the right support. As a therapist, my style is warm, non-judgmental, trauma-informed and strengths-based. Together, we’ll define your goals, the areas you’d like to explore, and always work at your pace.

Currently, I am an MSW student at Columbia School of Social Work. I am also a crisis counselor, helping people calm the body and mind. My training and experience include CBT, DBT, Behavioral Activation and complicated grief therapy. I’ve helped people with eating disorders, substance and alcohol dependence, depression, anxiety, self-harm and trauma. With me, you’ll find a safe, supportive, culturally humble person to collaborate with toward reaching your goals. I look forward to getting to know you and would be honored to be part of your journey.
