Therapist-in-training

The world can be a hectic place, but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad one, and we don’t have to go through it alone. It’s normal to feel overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, and alone nowadays, and that’s why therapy can be wonderful. We all need a little support, whether that comes in the form of working through past trauma, life stressors, family dynamics, relationship issues, mental health complications, or simply needing a safe space to vent and process whatever is going on, it’s my goal to be that support.

I am a deep believer in exploration and empathy. It’s my goal to make you feel seen, safe, and supported. Here we offer a collaborative approach where we can work together to help you achieve your goals in therapy and life. We are all the main characters in our own stories, and taking control of that story can be an incredibly empowering and life-changing thing.

Currently, I am in my final semester of graduate school, pursuing my Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at the Ferkauf School of Psychology in New York. I have extensive training in treating both couples and individuals in a multitude of modalities, some of which include psychodynamic, narrative, systemic, existential, and feminist theories. Together we can explore what will work best for you, and help you to live the life you want to lead.
