My clinical approach is derived from a relational perspective on the human experience. I will take care to understand every client's broader social context, and work with them to find solutions that feel realistic and manageable. My approach can be described as integrative, incorporating aspects of DBT and CBT skills, and Adlerian psychology and providing the flexibility for me to adapt to each client's individual needs. I have previous experience working with self esteem, identity, sexuality, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
I received my BS in Psychological Sciences from Loyola University and am currently pursuing my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from The City College of New York.
