Therapist-in-training

Hi there — I’m a therapist-in-training who believes that healing should be as unique as the person seeking it. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach and integrate a range of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. I’m especially passionate about trauma-informed care and working through a multicultural lens. My clinical experience includes supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, trauma, and PTSD.

Having lived in different countries, I bring cultural awareness and humility into each session. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from immigrant backgrounds and across a spectrum of religious, spiritual, and non-spiritual identities. I believe therapy is most effective when we build trust, take time to understand your story, and work together toward growth that feels authentic and personal.

I’m in the final year of my MSW program at the University of New England and have worked in the mental health field for over four years. Currently, I serve as a program coordinator and supervisor at a therapy and counseling agency, where I support clients with a range of diagnoses while mentoring and supervising Behavioral Health Professionals. I hold a BA in Psychology and have a deep passion for creating supportive, healing spaces. Outside of work, I’m a proud cat mom of two and enjoy practicing mindfulness through yoga and meditation, traveling, and reading. I look forward to walking beside you in your journey toward healing.
