As we navigate the world it is common to search for someone who understands who we are, our needs, and our deepest thoughts. Therapy makes it possible to be truly open with someone in a safe environment. Taking the step to begin therapy may feel intimidating, yet as counselors, we are here to support and guide you through this courageous journey of self exploration.
As a therapist-in-training I aim to create an open and empathetic environment in order for you to feel truly comfortable exploring yourself and your life. Whether you are navigating through significant life changes, dealing with anxiety, or you are simply curious about your inner world; I am committed to collaborating with you in understanding your thoughts, emotions, and unique experiences. We will work together to tailor the therapeutic experience to you and your needs. I look forward to working with you!
I am currently pursuing my Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Queens College, after having received my Bachelor's in Psychology from St. John's University in 2020. I have experience in multiple modalities of therapy including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic counseling, and person-centered counseling.
