Nicole Zembery

Therapist-in-training

Hey there! I'm Nicole - a clinical mental health counseling intern and a soon-to-be grad from Walden University (counting down to November 2025!). I know therapy can feel a little awkward or intimidating at first, so I aim to make it feel more like a real, honest conversation with someone in your corner.

My style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. A pull from person-centered and existential approaches, with a splash of CBT and DBT when we need tools to work through the tough stuff. Basically, I meet you where you're at, and we figure things out together 0- from identity and anxiety to those ""what am I even doing with my life"" moments.

I love working with college students and young adults who want a space to explore who they are, build confidence, and feel a little more at home in their own skin. Therapy with me isn't about having it all together - it's about showing up, being real, and growing from there.
