“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space lies our freedom and power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and freedom.” — Viktor Frankl
Welcome! I’m a therapist-in-training who has experience working with individuals who have symptoms of complex trauma, anxiety, ADHD and depression. I am passionate about creating a non-judgmental space for clients to explore, grow, and learn more about themselves. I incorporate various therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). My desire is to help clients define their own set of unique values and to begin living a fulfilled life. I’m a firm believer that to truly heal, one must incorporate not just the mind, but the body as well.
I’m in my final semesters of Graduate School for Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Indiana Wesleyan University. Before that, I completed my undergraduate degree at Flagler College in Saint Augustine, Florida. I have worked both as a Personal Trainer and in Public Health before solidifying my journey towards becoming a mental health counselor. I look forward to learning from and growing with my clients on this journey we call life.
