Hello! I'm Ilana Steinmetz, a therapist-in-training at Sol Health and a Master’s student in Mental Health Counseling at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. I employ an integrative style, drawing on person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals. I’m especially passionate about supporting clients navigating anxiety, grief, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and chronic illness.Having lived with Type 1 Diabetes for over two decades, I bring both a clinical perspective and personal understanding to this work.
