Hannah Riddle

Therapist-in-training

Hi there! My name is Hannah, and I’m a therapist-in-training at Sol Health. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Social Work at Simmons University. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. My approach draws from psychodynamic theories, including attachment work, and systems thinking to understand how relationships and environments shape experience. I also incorporate mindfulness and CBT techniques to help ground us in the present and focus on meaningful change.

I believe you’re the expert on your life - my role is to offer support, insight, and a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore what matters to you. Before training as a therapist, I worked in climate tech, shaped by my own experiences with eco-anxiety. I studied business and film for my undergraduate degree and have always been drawn to people’s stories. Outside of work, I love yoga, hiking, and, of course, watching movies.
