Hello! I’m Haley, a second-year MSW student at the Columbia School of Social Work. I bring a warm, person-centered lens to my work, and each session is grounded in empathy and attuned to the unique experiences each client carries.
My therapeutic approach is shaped by my background in art history, which informs a practice rooted in curiosity, narrative, and nuance. Drawing from my lived experience as an LGBTQ+ person, I affirm and welcome non-normative worldviews, identities, and life paths. Additionally, I'm trained as an end-of-life doula and hold a deep interest in exploring the full spectrum of human experience, particularly around meaning-making and one’s life story. I employ mindfulness techniques, psychodynamic perspectives, CBT, and more.
I look forward to the opportunity to connect.
