Welcome, I’m glad you’re here. My name’s Devora Freundlich, and I’m a second year mental health counseling student at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. I believe strongly in the power of therapy to transform both day-to-day functioning and target deeper needs. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, exploring your childhood, or curious about your identity, therapy can be a space to help you develop tools and self-understanding.
My therapeutic technique is grounded in a combination of styles and modalities, including the psychodynamic, existential, developmental, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. I value incorporating a diverse set of skills and perspectives to match your needs and experiences, as they shift and come up throughout our work together.
I feel passionately about providing language for mental health experiences and demystifying the therapeutic process. My focus is in empowering you to confidently show up as you are, both within therapy and beyond. This is a collaborative process, and I look forward to engaging in it with you.
