Do you ever feel overwhelmed by your thoughts, as if you're not enough? You're not alone, and you're not defined by those moments. I'm here to remind you that you deserve peace, healing, and a future filled with hope.

Hello, my name is Dee, and I’m a second-year master's student in the Social Work program at Binghamton University. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in African American Studies from SUNY Cortland. As a queer, cisgender Black woman, I understand the importance of culturally competent and affirming care.

My passion for helping others stems from my own experiences with trauma and the resilience I've cultivated in my healing journey. This path has inspired me to support others in finding their strength and reclaiming their narratives.

In our sessions, we'll explore the roots of your anxiety and develop practical skills like emotional regulation, goal setting, and motivational interviewing in order to help you navigate daily challenges and manage mental health concerns. My approach integrates mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Prolonged Exposure, aiming to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen and heard.

If you're ready to embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery, I'm here to walk alongside you. Let's work together to build the life you deserve.
