Christina has worked as a mental health counselor for over 10 years. She attended CUNY Brooklyn College for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees and obtained her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2013. In addition to her supervision work at Sol Health, Christina also maintains her private practice in Staten Island.

Christina’s work experience includes individual and couples counseling, group counseling, and case management. While she has worked with numerous conditions, her specialties lie in CBT for anxiety and depressive disorders. Christina is also passionate about supporting the next generation of therapists and has supervised budding therapists and case managers since 2016.
