Every person has a story that deserves to be heard, and I feel truly honored to be invited into that space with my clients. As a therapist-in-training, I bring a warm, compassionate, and collaborative energy into the room — one that invites honesty, connection, and healing. I believe deeply in meeting people where they are, and I see therapy as a partnership: you're the expert on your life, and I’m here to walk beside you as you make sense of your experiences, develop meaningful goals, and move toward lasting change.
My approach is rooted in a person-centered philosophy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support each client’s unique path. I’m especially passionate about creating space for people to feel seen, heard, and a little lighter — even in the midst of struggle.
My background as a certified school counselor has given me the chance to support children and adolescents through both everyday struggles and life-changing challenges. In that role, I learned just how meaningful it can be to simply be a steady, safe presence — someone kids could turn to and trust. I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology from SUNY Cortland, a Master’s in School Counseling from Mercy College, and am currently working towards a degree in Mental Health Counseling.
At the core of my work is the belief that therapy should feel empowering and human. I’m here to help carry what feels heavy, to offer encouragement when things feel unclear, and to help you reconnect with your strengths, values, and voice.
