Holistic care model
We recognize that no part of the human experience exists in isolation - especially the mind and body. Our care sees the whole person for who they are.
Therapy That Feels Like You're Talking To a Friend.
From skyrocketing demand to therapist burnout to a growing wave of therapists not accepting insurance due to our privatized health system, it’s painfully clear the old model isn’t working:
1. Youth Mental Health Crisis
2. Nationwide Therapist Shortage
And Now more than ever, our generation craves the kind of support that genuinely meets us where we're at
Meet The Next Generation of therapists
who deliver personalized, culturally competent care 🌊
Therapists-in-training (Intern-level therapists and Associate-level therapists) are a couple steps away from becoming licensed therapists. Those steps? They need a couple thousand clinical hours.
They're an overlooked pool of deeply qualified therapists who bring fresh clinical perspectives, diverse lived experiences, and deep cultural and generational fluency, yet the mental health industry has been burning them out early because they go unpaid, can't get their hours on time, and lack support when it matters most.
So we set out to give them an incredible provider experience they can’t get anywhere else:
• Paid clinical hours • 1-to-1 expert supervision from a licensed therapist at Sol Health • Deep training curriculum • A purpose-built platform that handles matching, scheduling, and outcome tracking so they can focus on delivering quality care • A supportive community of 200+ active and alumni therapists that keep them inspired, not burned out.
Nurturing this next wave of therapists means growing the workforce from the ground up and tackling the root of the nationwide therapist shortage. In turn, young people and adults alike get modern, holistic care that feels human—not sterile—at a price they can afford.
The result is a sunlit, three-sided ecosystem where people heal, licensed therapists give back by supervising at Sol Health, and therapists-in-training launch strong careers to become our future mental health providers.
How It Works.

Choose a therapist, pick a time, and book your first session! You're all set.
Book sessions around your schedule, with no monthly subscriptions and no hidden fees. It's your care, so take it at your pace.
Personalized Therapist Matching
We know therapy can feel a lot like dating —it has to click. If it doesn’t feel right at any point - we’ll help you find a better fit. After your first session, we’ll check in and re-match you for free if needed. You deserve care that actually feels right.
Track What Matters To You
Check in each month with simple progress forms to reflect on goals, growth, and how you're doing. Even if you’re still figuring it all out and feel like you're in the middle of the messy in-between, your therapist will help guide you.
93% of patients saw improvement in anxiety + depression symptoms within the 1st month.*
“I didn’t want an old man as my therapist—that’s not the vibe. I wanted something that felt more casual. Almost like talking to a friend. And it’s 10/10 with my therapist at Sol.”
9.6/10 users love their match.
Our therapists-in-training are incredibly diverse and understand young adults.

Sol Stories
Community is important to us. Join us on our social media pages and our events in NYC to follow and contribute to the conversation. We’re on a mission to build the biggest mental health brand for Gen Zs.
Therapists-in-training are final-year Master’s students who are receiving advanced training in psychotherapy, have completed a significant portion of their coursework, and are accruing clinical internship hours under expert supervision. As a highly competitive internship site, we are very selective, ensuring that our interns have the right combination of life experience, education, smarts, and intuition to provide best-in-class care for our clients.
"After working with Sol Health for a month now, I can see a significant improvement in my mental health & lifestyle. Sol Health creates a perfect environment where I can freely open myself up to an expert who is highly knowledgeable and very attentive to what I have to say. Since the sessions are online, I can attend the therapy session from my bedroom which creates a very comfortable and relaxed environment. "

" I was very pleased by how convenient and streamlined the process was for seeing a therapist. The sessions with Nadia are helpful and she is very supportive and attentive in what I have to say. I can’t recommend this platform enough as it is more accessible and personal compared to other online resources I’ve used in the past. "

" Being a student from Asian origins, mental health was not something people recognized as a medical issue, but was often associated with personal failure. Furthermore, addressing the issues of depression in university was often hindered due to a lack of personnel and resources. Having to wait 10 to 20 days discouraged me from getting help as I was already reluctant to admit that I needed help. For me, the most important aspect when treating mental health is getting help when you need it the most, and Sol Health was able to provide this. "

I gravitate towards the fact that I'm seeing a graduate therapist-in-training. I think there’s something that feels easier to make connections with people that are fresher—I don't want to say young—but have new perspectives.
