It is not uncommon these days to feel lost, depressed, stuck, and anxious. This can make trekking through our day-to-day lives a chore and even difficult. I am here to let you know that you are not alone and that you don't have to go through this period of your life alone. My main goal is to provide an affirming, safe space for all to express themselves and feel heard. I aim to help with unpacking parts of the past (like childhood experiences, systemic oppression, and trauma) and discuss methods to stay rooted in the present all while providing a compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic setting.
I intend to help you take control of your life and gain insight into how your past impacts the present. We offer the foundation, much as the techniques I provide, and the guidance we use to create the path for what you need. You are the main creator of what is possible in therapy. Together, we can make ways that can help you achieve whatever goals you want.
I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at the University at Buffalo. I have extensive training and experience providing counseling in settings that focus on depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and psychosis.
