Therapist-in-training

Individuals who have found themselves here are usually looking for something. Perhaps it’s relief from symptoms of anxiety and depression. Maybe it's an improved ability to focus, or to obtain some clarity about their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It could also be something else entirely.

My approach is integrated and individualized. I work with clients to establish therapeutic goals and align treatment to best suit one's personal and clinical needs. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, informed by CBT and ERP, and grounded in psychodynamic theories.

I invite you to come as you are, as we work together to learn more about the unique way you move through the world, the joys and challenges you face, and the strengths that will help you to overcome whatever might be getting in your way.

Currently, I am a Master’s student in the MHC program at Yeshiva University and have received additional training in Intensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy. In addition to my clinical training, I am a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) and incorporate mindfulness and yogic philosophies into my practice.
