Hi and welcome to my page! My name is Harman. I am a therapist-in-training at Sol Health. I’m a second year Master’s student in the Mental Health Counseling program at Queens College.
Our lives go through many stages and transitions over time. Especially when this includes changes in our personal, academic, and professional lives. You might’ve chosen to seek therapy on your own or perhaps were suggested by someone in your life to try therapy. This journey of finding your ideal therapist is an important step for you, your needs, and goals. Choices reflect upon what an individual is comfortable with and how one is able to improve through the realms of self-awareness. I am thoroughly committed to providing my clients with the opportunity to a safe space of expressing, exploring, and navigating personal self-growth in therapy.
My modalities signifies the importance of aligning with my client’s needs and goals. I believe as a therapist-in-training it is important to be integrative and adapt to the necessary modalities and therapeutic approaches. My main modalities include person (client) centered approach and cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT).
