I am currently pursuing my Advanced Certificate in Mental Health Counseling through the University of Buffalo, which extends on the work I completed at Springfield College in my Master’s of Science and Doctorate of Philosophy in Sport and Exercise Psychology. My background in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, motivation, confidence, test-taking anxiety, grief, attention and focus skills, coping skills, and mindfulness training will be utilized to find the best practice for you to grow!
